An ADVANCED YOGA training to deepen your knowledge of postural yoga and everything it encompasses.
Designed for committed and curious practitioners with solid experience in yoga and movement, this program is also ideal for dedicated teachers with a 200-hour certification who wish to refine their skills or recharge.
An immersive training that goes beyond traditional Pilates exercises to explore breath in movement, the use of props, movement compensation, and the art of using words effectively to guide an embodied practice.
This holistic approach supports not only a yoga practice but also any other physical activities in our daily lives.

STUDIO MILE END is a school where you can deepen your knowledge after completing the 300-hour training, whether through our Advanced 100-hour Training or specialized programs such as Yoga Nidra, Chakras, and Pilates.
Additionally, as part of the 300-hour training, there will be a section on “The Business of Yoga” to explore the challenges and opportunities that arise after completing such a program.
