We have been running 200-hour teacher training programs for 10 years and believe that such basic training provides graduates with the tools they need to teach. However, we recognize that there is a deeper need for practical application as well as individual guidance, support, and feedback. The mentoring program addresses this need by giving mentees the experience they need to move forward with confidence.
